JBS Estates was founded in January 2024 by partners Kendra Jacob, Andy Brown, and James Stock. The vision of this brand is to offer experienced agents the opportunity and support to run their own business and achieve both working and financial freedom.
With our extensive knowledge and experience in setting up and running successful estate and lettings agencies, we provide the support, training, and financial backing required to enable individuals to build and grow their own business through our partnership scheme.
Our support and training will include, where necessary, social media marketing with our in-house experts to help you grow your online presence and gain a following, improving reach and notoriety. Additionally, we offer drone training, Matterport training to produce the highest quality virtual viewing experiences, and business and cash flow management to ensure the health and longevity of your business. We also provide videography training to assist you in producing content for sale particulars and social media.
